- With over 30 years of experience in the IT industry, Mark has dedicated most of his career to helping customers with data storage solutions. Since joining NetApp in 2007 as a pre-sales technical architect, he has continually evolved his expertise. In 2019, Mark began exploring AI solutions, and he now serves as a Technical Solutions Specialist for AI and modern analytics across Canada. In this role, he assists organizations in accelerating their AI projects, reducing costs, and enhancing AI accuracy.
