Biography

Steve is part of the group of shareholders who acquired ITI (then known as ProContact) in 2018. Having spent several years working in the banking sector, Steve has since dedicated himself to ITI’s growth by guiding financial and operational decisions to advance management and governance practices. Over recent years, ITI has completed several business acquisitions, with Steve and his team playing a central role in integrating operations and managing change. Today, ITI operates nationwide across Canada with over 500 employees, and Steve and his team are implementing high-performance processes, systems, and working tools to support this growth and ensure business continuity. As a sign of organisational maturity, ITI has been recognised as one of Canada’s Best Managed Companies since 2023, and has featured in the Financial Times’ ranking of the 500 fastest-growing companies since 2021.
