Biography

As the leader of our EUC practice, Patrick Richer brings 25 years of experience in IT to define our employee experience management service offerings. Over the course of his career, Patrick has worked with various consulting firms, giving him a deep understanding of business challenges related to end-user support. Patrick collaborates with ITI’s sales team, covering the public sector across Canada as well as small, medium, and large businesses. He also works closely with our partner ecosystem, such as Lenovo, Dell, and Microsoft, as well as our team of consulting experts, to support our clients in evolving their user management (security, management tools, architecture, AI, VDI, etc.). A graduate of UQTR, Patrick enjoys cooking for friends and family and likes working on various renovation projects.
